Deep Tissue Massage: Similar in form to swedish massage, deep tissue work focuses on releasing chronic tension, or "knots", elongating muscle tissue, and easing the pain and discomfort caused by headaches, muscular injury, postural problems, and nerve impingement. Deep tissue work is intended to help the body heal itself. Full body or focus work available. Deep tissue massage pricing is the same as Swedish massage.
Couples Massage: Relax into a state of complete peace as you receive a luxurious, therapeutic swedish massage. Open your eyes, and see your friend or loved one receiving the same soothing experience right next to you. Two massage therapists, two clients, one room, and the joy of sharing this rejuvenating experience with someone you care for.
Hot Stone Therapy: Swedish massage techniques enhanced by the use of smooth heated basalt stones of differing size, positioned at key stress zones and luxuriously massaged over the body with oil. The warmth of the stones works deeply into the muscle tissue allowing greater relaxation of the whole body. Not suitable for children, pregnant women, or elderly clients.
Pregnancy Massage: Special bolsters provide support that allows women during any trimester to lie face-down comfortably, eliminating unsafe pressure that otherwise prohibits relaxation in the prone position. Pregnancy massage bolsters are comfortable, safe, and allow moms-to-be the deep relaxation their changing bodies need.
On-Site Chair Massage: Chair massage can be performed in your office, your home, my office, or practically anywhere, and provides a quick and simple alternative to a full-length table massage. No oil is used during chair massage, and clients remain fully clothed. Focus includes upper and lower back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Office locations, special parties, and events are well suited to chair massage.
Oncology Massage: A lighter side of massage, for those clients going though the tough road of cancer treatment. It gives the body just enough to relax in the massage to help heal and soothe the tender muscles. With out any extra pain or discomfert. Very light Swedish massage that places no demand on the body. This massage can be done on any area of the body.
Add-on Service Descriptions:
Foot Massage: Aimed at rejuvenating and hydrating tired, sore feet, a nice foot rub can be the perfect pick-me-up after a long week. This service is customized based on your preferences and can be added to the end of your session or scheduled alone. Foot massages scheduled seperately must be 30 minutes or more.
Hot Stone Add-on: Incorporates some hot stone techniques into your regular massage session to take relaxation to the next level.
Aromatherapy: You select the essential oils and I will blend them into the massage oil used during your session. Keep the remainder of your 2 oz. bottle for an added pick-me-up in between sessions. Bring the oil with you next time for a free aromatherapy upgrade!
Steamed Towel Treatment: Steamed towels with a refreshing scent wrap your feet in warmth after they receive a luxurious massage. End your session in pure bliss.
